Objective

NORU was tasked with building a credible, high-reach social media presence and paid advertising system for Studies & Career in Lithuania, which is the country's largest annual career and education fair. No existing accounts, no audience, no brand equity. The target: national-scale awareness across Facebook, Instagram, and Google Display in under 4 months, ahead of a fixed event date.

Creative Process

  1. Research: Mapped the target audience (18–25 students and graduates), analysed competitor event communications, and identified content formats

  2. Strategy: Built a hybrid content plan balancing organic trust-building with aggressive paid reach

  3. Execution: Produced 176 content pieces across all formats.

  4. Optimisation: Ran continuous A/B testing on creative and audience targeting.

  5. Reporting: Delivered full performance analysis on reach, engagement, and cost efficiency against benchmarks.

Results

Starting from zero accounts with a 4-month timeline, NORU built national-scale awareness for Lithuania's largest career event. Reaching 34% of all Lithuanian Facebook users and 22% of all Lithuanian Instagram users is not a metric typical of a single campaign. It reflects what happens when youth marketing strategy, platform-native content, and precise paid amplification work together without compromise
